All you people that want a cut rate deal on your web design should think again.
What other industry in the world can you barge in and demand their services at a cut rate only to tell them exactly how they WILL do it!!! I want a car and I have $10 dollars can I trade you a slide whistle and a ding dong for the remainder of the bill. I can't afford it but I really need it so you should just give it to me. Hey Lawyer my dumbass got in trouble but I can't afford to pay you you need to represent me for free. NEED I SAY MORE!!!!
These are skilled jobs that require a great deal of time and energy to develop have you ever been able to just come up to an artist and demand they give you their best piece and tell them you can't afford it? NO NO NO!!!
Wake up, maybe if more Real Web evelopers would standup and quit even responding to these wishful thinkers they would understand this is a real job and you expect to be paid. Also it would probably help keep the websites out of the hands of people that can't afford one and shouldn't even have one. Unless of coarse they want to get they junior high school daughter to show them how to run FRONTPAGE HA HA HA!!!
I'll start giving away my services as soon as you all start proving to me your giving 50% of your income to the homless population.
After all this is wonderful NEW YORK and you pay the highest rent rates across the U.S. so you should be able to afford to do business or move.
