Modern-Day Slavery :: All of the interviewed modern-day slaves are Latino, mostly Mexican with other from Central America. Which begs the question : Is this exploitaition a one-way cultural phenomenon or is the labor culture of lationamericanos easily exploitable? Amazingly, 5.9% are US citizens (the poll does not indicate if they are US born) and 1/0% of are Puerto Rican (who are US citizens by birth).
