Fair and Balanced from the Washington Times

I read Bin Laden hints major assassination - The Washington Times: Nation/Politics - August 11, 2004 and immediately noticed something was amiss. It was the advertisement on the page :

Paid for by AuthenticGOP.com, a group that thinks it's fun to capitalize on calling "terrorist" anybody that votes against Bush.
It seems like online newspapers use advertising as their way of framing in ideology their "hard news". I am seeing this more and more. I wonder if this kind of placement is being done on the paper edition.
BTW, the Washington Times is own by Reverend Sun Myung Moon.
