Eminem's Bush Video

Well, I am here guest blogging at CultureKitchen by grace of your host Liza Sabater. I just hope I live up to expectations and don't foul anything up.
Check out Eminem's anti-Bush video. Liza has a transcript of the words a few posts down if you don't understand the lyrics in the video. But, all you have to do is know what is going on, shake your head to the beat and you should be okay.

You beat me to the punch. Iwas so gonna blog about this one.
I think that it's a pretty darn good vid, if you ask me. Again, I think though that it is coming in late in the game. They should have released this about a month ago. Maybe 2 years ago.
Still, it's great fodder for thought .

You know, a lot has been made of Eminem's political 'awakening'. I think it's all fine and well that he is finally saying something positive, or at least something negative about something negative.
We have to remember, though, that this guy isn't exactly a progressive poster boy. He lyrics in the past have bordered on the bigoted, the racist. I personally don't like the guy, but I'm willing to put up with him, at least through the election :)
