Même les démocrates qui, après deux ans de paralysie, ont fini par s'élever contre un usage abusif des alertes rouges ou orange et contre l'exploitation électorale de la peur ont été contraints de définir leur stratégie en fonction de ces paramètres.
L'Amérique de l'après 11-Septembre n'est pas l'Amérique de l'ère Clinton [...]
