Here at BlogHerCon!
by Liza Sabater
I got here to Santa Clara early in the afternoon but not my clothes! Of course, the only time in my life I check in my bag, that's what happens. This being California, I had to pay $60 for a round-trip to the mall so I get my ass into The Gap and get clothes that fit me; needless to say, spent a bucket-full of money to get everything from panties to clothes to shoes in case I woke in the morning still with my clothes in another time-zone.
Anyhow, last night was fun with over a 100 people invading an Mexican-Italian cantina; and having the opportunity to finally meet Lisa Stone, Elisa Camahort, Jory Des Jardins, danah boyd, Renee Blodgett, and even guys like ... gasp! Kevin Drumm.
We're being given the road rules now by the organizadoras. I'll live-blog on and off today --but during my panel, of course!
Update: I will be doing this at BlogSheroes.

Say it loud, say it proud!
It was a pleasure to meet you at Blogher and thank you for all your work to make the conference a success. Also, thank you for taking a few minutes to tell me about your work with artists and blogging.

Liza,
We had similar experiences ... I stupidly left my power plug to my laptop in Boston and to spend $30 to get a best buy to get a universal power adaptor!
