This year's first day of April was noticeably lacking in April Fool's jokes as far as mention in the media was concerned. I don't know
where the schools are on any of this but I am a bit encouraged by "young people."
Our DS just recently changed us over to the free operating system called Ubuntu. I am very happy with the "good geekiness" of it all. Geeks who can do all this stuff that I never could but seem to have morals that guide them to make a living but then stop piling stuff up and give to others.
That's pretty cool, imo. And hopeful.
