No candidate is perfect
Many people search for the perfect candidate, and will never find that person. In the end, we mostly vote our gut feeling anyway. On the issues, Obama and Hillary are very similar, and both pretty good. To me the main differences are:
1. Hillary relies primarily on big money donations, Obama relies mainly on small donors
2. Hillary is somewhat looking back to the past, namely the Bill Clinton years...which I LIKED so it isn't so bad, but I think we need something new and Obama is looking ahead towards something new. I'd say it's your judgment call which you prefer
3. Hillary is getting out the Democratic base, Obama is bringing in hordes of new voters. I think the base will vote anyway in November and we NEED those new voters that Obama can inspire.
Those are my three main reasons for going Obama. Of course you should follow your own instincts and, unlike some, I would happily campaign for either one of them in the general election.
