this post hits home. my
this post hits home. my cousin received a very stiff sentence for dealing/usage in Tennessee. most of the people i grew up around have experienced this in some form or another. i would like to see all drug laws in the United States revamped; they only hurt people of different races or the poor while giving everyone a false sense of security and the mistaken belief that "crime" is being dealt with in an appropriate manner. plus, it is not a crime to be a drug addict. yes, my cousin is an untrustworthy shit, but he shouldn't be in prison.
