We've all come a long way, Baby!
And a lot of it comes with the advantages we have in daily lives. Diapers, for one, men can handle prefabs. I don't remember too many who could do the old triangles.
That gave them an excuse to leave it to the little woman. And now they can wash their own clothes. What's to not love about a man who can push the buttons on the washer and microwave.
Devices do make a difference bt more important is what society expects from politicians. If a little town needs basic service, chances are are a woman will take the job. First thng you know she's in the state legistlature. Generally I say that's a good way of avoiding the battle of the sexes. And if men, who are learned and community oriented, begin to value education, they will begin to make teaching more unisex.
In careers in general, it seems there should be now steriotyping. As a pretty young woman veterinarian said: With a hypodermic in my hand, I am just as big as a horse. Times change. I'm not going to argue how a few folks still live in the June Cleaver era. She was the dame who was applauded for being Rosie the Riveter.
