Words to live by Sometimes it feels satisfying. But more often it seems ineffective and pointless. This blog has been more my platform for venting than an actual tool of change --lazy activism, if you will. Or maybe it's just that my interest in seeing the world change has been replaced by a deep cynicism about whether that change will happen. It takes a lot of energy to sustain anger against a cultural machine. And that anger is starting to feel more futile and self-defeating. I mean, how many times and in how many ways can you say "Fuck racists. Fuck sexists. Fuck rich people. Fuck community-destroying trolls.
