Anderson Cooper : "We're not going into the spin room. It's not worth it."
Hey Anderson, you're totally my boo!
I can't believe he just said on a major news network that CNN was opting out of going into the "Spin Room" after the debate because, and I quote, "It's no worth it". And the best line was before saying that.
Anderson actually said that if people wanted to see what was going on in the Spin Room, they could go to another channel. He then proceeded to shrug his shoulders and say diss the whole political news industry by breaking with tradition.
Am loving it!
Independent voters | Independents | Polling | Polls | 2008 Presidential Elections | CNN

That's quite refreshing
I didn't catch that, but I find it very refreshing. I'm from Canada and our news organizations don't give much airtime to political party spinners. It's like asking the cheerleaders at a football game how the players are doing. Those kind of interviews aren't news worthy and a waste of the viewers' time.
I do appreciate CNN's political team of journalists and senior analysts. They may have political preferences, but they give a mostly objective analysis of the debats and that's very useful for voters that are making up their minds at home.
