Google's G1 phone is looking kinda hawt

I really, really, really smacked down the urge to get an iPhone because it was bound to the detestable ATT; whereas I am already bound to the somewhat detestable TMobile.
Obligatory segway into political commentary : I hate ATT because it's the company that came after the breakup of ITT which was one of the major corporations to finance dictatorships all across Latin America in the 60s and 70s.
Anyhow ...
Am looking at this image and am totally feeling my bossom heave. HAWT!
BTW : Does the G1's trackball have an outie?
To be honest, I am not so enamored with the actual casing. As one twitterina said, "it looks cheaply made". Yet the price is looking all right : Starting at $179, which by the time you get your data and voice plans in place and pay taxes and fees, it's probably going to run to about $225 initial price with about $40/month in usage fee.

I discovered the pleasure of GoogleMaps with my TMObile Blackberry Pearl and the G1, with its GPS capability promises to deliver it.
They say it will also have apps like : Adroid Market (for software), Amazon MP3 (which I still have to blog about but LURVS), YouTube (duh!). Am assuming it will have support for local/offline Google Office (Docs, Calendar, GMail) if they get it working through GoogleGears.
My dealbreakers?
- If they do not create a migration bridge between the BlackBerry and G1. That would basically make it totally suck for me.
- If that camera is only for still photography. No zoom nor video? No thanks. I'll stick to my Nokia N95 (or at least, re-stick to it once I get it fixed).
- Where's the Bluetooth? Seriously. What the hell is a smartphone without Bluetooth?
- Please tell me I can use this phone as a modem. Please, please, pretty please.
On that note, I twittered the fact that Google is doing the stupid shit of locking the G1 to TMobile. Highly ironic given the whole damn thing is running on Open Source Software.
Also of note is the fact that the G1s browser is based on the much talked about and recently launched Google desktop browser Chrome (I haven't had the curiosity to use, especially since their beta was launched only for Windows).

bluetooth
Ah but I think there will be Bluetooth! Here is an article talking about applications for the G1, many of which are paired with Bluetooth to reach their full potential.
