There is another problem with moral equivalence between [Ann] Coulter and [Bill] Maher. Such a comparison brings conservatives down to the liberal level. It says that conservatives are incapable of maintaining higher standards.

i mean, seriously. michelle malkin goes all hoitty toitty on coulter telling her she's lowering herself to the level of liberals. honestly, it wouldn't be past me if they were all in on her "joke" and it's just being used to feed the meme of "right-wingers as the moral superiors of progressives" even more.

I saw Malkin's stuff on Coulter, and while it's gratifying to see them eat each other, the whole 'don't be like liberals' thing is a dangerous meme.
Not to mention absurd, when you look at the bile they spew.
